Or you can find the Bob's Red Mill brand where your store carries those items. I just bought a big old bag of it and then I stick it in a glass mason jar in my fridge.<br /><br />Sometimes though, I'll grind some up in my coffee grinder real fine. Coffee grinders are cheap and extremely useful in vegan cookery!
